My other passion is fashion editorial photography, contracted to work in London fashion week, with a selection of my Paris fashion week images appearing in Vogue.”

Led by Michael Carruthers, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) with a triple Master’s in business (including an MBA), HUGO Bea brings a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and growth strategy. With experience spanning multiple industries and work delivered for hundreds of organisations, from start-ups to national brands, our approach is practical, structured, and results focused.
Based in our own unit at Wynyard Business Park, our team provides end-to-end support across business consultancy, digital design and marketing and multi-platform content creation. Every project is guided by a business-first and people-first mindset to ensure activity is aligned to objectives, budgets are used efficiently, and work is delivered right the first time.
Our strategies include high quality photography, video production and content writing and we also benefit from having our own studio, which is also available for podcast recording.
